Oct. 24 (Bloomberg) -- A hearing begins Oct. 31 in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Delaware, pitting Major League Baseball Commissioner Bud Selig against Los Angeles Dodgers owner Frank McCourt. Selig will argue McCourt's unfitness to be an MLB franchise owner, while McCourt will assert Selig's unfairness as commissioner. The Dodgers filed for bankruptcy protection last June after MLB rejected a television deal with News Corp.'s Fox Sports. Bloomberg's Michele Steele reports. (Source: Bloomberg)
