SEC's Khuzami on Citigroup, Investigations, Oct. 19

Oct. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Securities and Exchange Commission Enforcement Director Robert Khuzami talks about the SEC's fraud investigations resulting from the financial crisis. Khuzami also discusses Citigroup Inc.'s agreement to pay $285 million to settle U.S. regulatory claims it misled investors about a $1 billion financial product linked to risky mortgages that defaulted within months of its sale.
