Oct. 12 (Bloomberg) -- Anthony Hobley, global head of carbon finance at law firm Norton Rose LLP, talks about Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard's plan to introduce the country's first tax on greenhouse gas emissions to reduce its reliance on coal. Australia’s lower house passed Gillard’s carbon plan today as she struggles to rebound from record-low public support and win backing for a more closely contested vote on immigration policy. Hobley speaks from Melbourne with Rishaad Salamat on Bloomberg Television's "On the Move Asia." (Source: Bloomberg)
