Oct. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Jim Yong Kim, president of Dartmouth College, talks about U.S. health-care system and higher education. Tonight at 7 p.m. New York time, Bloomberg Television and the Washington Post, in partnership with WBIN-TV and host Dartmouth College, will present the first debate of the 2012 campaign focused exclusively on the economy.
