Oct. 7 (Bloomberg) -- Mohamed El-Erian, chief executive officer and co-chief investment officer at Pacific Investment Management Co., Bill Gross, who runs the world's biggest bond fund at Pimco, and U.S. Labor Secretary Hilda Solis comment on data showing U.S. payrolls rose by 103,000 in September after a 57,000 gain in August.
