Oct. 7 (Bloomberg) -- Natsuo Yamaguchi, head of the New Komeito party, Japan’s second-largest opposition, talks about the country's efforts to reconstruct the nation following the March earthquake and nuclear crisis. Yamaguchi said his party is open to the government selling some of its stake in Japan Tobacco Inc. to fund rebuilding from the disasters, signaling a willingness to compromise with Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda’s reconstruction plans. He spoke yesterday in Tokyo with Bloomberg's Sachiko Sakamaki and Takashi Hirokawa. (Translated Excerpts. Source: Bloomberg)
