Fort Pitt's Smith on U.S. Housing Market, Strategy

Sept. 29 (Bloomberg) -- Charles Smith, chief investment officer at Fort Pitt Capital Group Inc., talks about the outlook for the U.S. housing market and his investment strategy. The number of contracts to purchase previously owned U.S. homes fell 1.2 percent in August, the National Association of Realtors said today.
