Sept. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Randall Kroszner, professor of economics at the University of Chicago and a former Federal Reserve governor, and William Cohan, author of "Money and Power: How Goldman Sachs Came to Rule the World" and a Bloomberg View Columnist, talk about the U.S. stock market and the outlook for the economy. U.S. stocks slumped today, giving the Dow Jones Industrial Average its biggest two-day decline since December 2008, amid investors’ concern that policy makers are running out of tools to avoid another global economic recession. They speak with Bloomberg's Lisa Murphy and Adam Johnson. Michael McKee, Phillip Yin and Julie Hyman also speak on Bloomberg Television's "Crisis of Confidence" special.
