Sept. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Klaus Paur, managing director for Greater China autos at Synovate Motoresearch, talks about the mainland's car industry. General Motors Co., which plans to introduce the plug-in hybrid Chevrolet Volt in China in the fourth quarter, has said it will not give its partner SAIC Motor Corp. or the Chinese government intellectual property for the Volt as part of the agreement.
