U.S. Employment Report, Economy

Sept. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Lakshman Achuthan, chief operations officer at the Economic Cycle Research Institute, talks about the U.S. employment report for August, the state of the economy and the outlook for President Barack Obama's address on jobs creation next week before a joint session of Congress. Employment in the U.S. unexpectedly stagnated in August as payrolls were unchanged. Achuthan speaks with Tom Keene on Bloomberg Television's "Surveillance Midday." (Source: Bloomberg)
