Sept. 2 (Bloomberg) -- The port city of Ishinomaki in northern Japan’s Miyagi Prefecture was one of the most severely damaged by the March 11 earthquake and tsunamis. Its residents seek to rebuild their lives after 3,161 people were killed, and as the search for the 793 missing continues. Ishinomaki is the hometown of Jun Azumi, the nation's new finance minister.
