Aug. 24 (Bloomberg) -- Charles Lieberman, chief investment officer at Advisors Capital Management LLC, and Robert Bixby, head of the Concord Coalition, talk about the U.S. stock market and federal budget deficit. According to the Congressional Budget Office, the U.S. budget deficit is projected to be $1.3 trillion in the year ending Sept. 30, down from $1.4 trillion forecast in April, because of curbs on federal spending and increased income-tax collections. Lieberman and Bixby speak with Pimm Fox on Bloomberg Television's "Taking Stock." (Source: Bloomberg)
