Groupon IPO Review by SEC

July 28 (Bloomberg) -- Richard Sauer, author of "Selling America Short" and a former lawyer at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, talks about the SEC's review of Groupon Inc.'s initial public offering. Groupon's operating-income accounting is being studied by the SEC as part of a routine review of the coupon site’s IPO, a person familiar with the matter said.
