Alcatel Sees `Strong' U.S. Growth in Second Half

July 28 (Bloomberg) -- Paul Tufano, chief financial officer of Alcatel-Lucent SA, discusses the outlook for U.S. and European growth. Alcatel, France's largest telecommunications equipment supplier, had second-quarter revenue of 3.9 billion euros ($5.6 billion), compared with the average of 4.17 billion euros estimated by 14 analysts surveyed by Bloomberg.
