July 26 (Bloomberg) -- Peter Orszag, vice chairman of global banking at Citigroup Inc. and a former director of the Office of Management and Budget, talks about the risk and consquences of a cut in the U.S. credit rating and the outlook for the economy amid political debate over raising the federal debt ceiling and reducing the budget deficit.
