July 21 (Bloomberg) -- Derica Rice, chief financial officer of Eli Lilly & Co., talks about the company's decision to raise its 2011 profit forecast, cost reduction strategy and drug pipeline. Lilly increased its target for full-year adjusted earnings per share from $4.25 to $4.35 a share, the Indianapolis-based drug company said today in a statement.
