June 28 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner, Mexican Central Bank President Agustin Carstens and Alessandro Leipold, a former acting director of the International Monetary Fund's European department, offer their views on French Finance Minister Christine Lagarde and her selection as the next managing director of the IMF. Lagarde will begin her five-year term as the first female head of the fund on July 5.
