June 28 (Bloomberg) -- Paul Schulte, Hong Kong-based global head of financial strategy at CCB International Securities Ltd., a unit of China’s second-largest bank, talks about the global banking industry. Global regulators said banks deemed too big to fail must hold as much as 2.5 percentage points more capital as part of efforts to prevent another financial crisis, according to a Basel Committee on Banking Supervision statement on June 25.
