June 27 (Bloomberg) -- The U.S. Supreme Court struck down a California law prohibiting sales of violent video games to minors, saying the ban is an unconstitutional infringement on speech rights. Also today, the nation's highest court ruled that a 13-year-old Arizona public financing law violated the speech rights of opposing candidates.
