June 20 (Bloomberg) -- Defending Wimbledon champion Serena Williams discusses her return to tennis after injury. Williams, the winner of 13 Grand Slam singles titles, was sidelined with severed tendons in her feet and blood clots in her lungs before returning to competitive play at last week's Aegon International grass-court tournament in Eastbourne, England.
