June 8 (Bloomberg) -- Francisco Blanch, head of global commodity research at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York, talks about oil prices and the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries. OPEC will raise its oil output target today for the first time since 2008 to help replace lost Libyan supplies and meet growth in demand later this year, according to a Gulf delegate with knowledge of the matter. Blanch speaks with Susan Li with Bloomberg Television's "First Up." (Source: Bloomberg)
