May 31 (Bloomberg) -- Takuji Okubo, chief Japan economist at Societe Generale SA in Tokyo, talks about the country's economy and politics. Japan’s industrial production rose less than economists forecast in April and unemployment climbed, increasing the likelihood that the economy will contract for a third quarter. Separately, Prime Minister Naoto Kan will face his first parliamentary no-confidence vote as early as this week. Okubo speaks to Rishaad Salamat on Bloomberg Television's "On the Move Asia."
