May 16 (Bloomberg) -- Charles Adams, a former official at the International Monetary Fund and now a visiting professor at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore, talks about charges against Dominique Strauss-Kahn. Strauss-Kahn, head of the IMF and a potential candidate for the French presidency, was charged with attempted rape and a criminal sex act on a New York hotel maid, police said.
