April 26 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Vernon Silver talks about his interview with Mustafa Zarti, vice chairman of Libya's $65 billion sovereign-wealth fund, reported in the June issue of Bloomberg Markets magazine. Zarti, Libyan dictator Muammar Qaddafi's money manager, fled Tripoli in February after civil unrest led to bloodshed in the streets and has been living at an undisclosed location in Vienna. Silver speaks with Margaret Brennan on Bloomberg Television's "InBusiness." (Source: Bloomberg)
