April 20 (Bloomberg) -- Green Dot Corp.’s one-branch bank in Utah beat out the largest three U.S. lenders when it was picked to run a U.S. Treasury Department tax-refund pilot program, according to documents obtained by Bloomberg News. The Treasury chose Provo, Utah-based Bonneville Bancorp over Bank of America Corp., JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Citigroup Inc. Megan Hughes reports on Bloomberg's "Fast Forward."
