April 12 (Bloomberg) -- Arjun Makhijani, president of the Institute for Energy and Environmental Research, discusses Japan's raising of the severity rating of its nuclear crisis to the highest, matching the 1986 Chernobyl disaster. Japan’s Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency changed the rating to 7 yesterday after increasing radiation prompted the government to widen the evacuation zone and aftershocks rocked the country. Makhijani speaks to Mark Crumpton on Bloomberg Television's "Bottom Line." (Source: Bloomberg)
