March 31 (Bloomberg) -- Douglas Burns, a former federal prosecutor, talks about yesterday's resignation of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. Chief Executive Officer David Sokol. Sokol, once a candidate to succeed Warren Buffett as the head of Berkshire, quit amid a disclosure that he helped negotiate a takeover while buying stock in the target company.
