March 17 (Bloomberg) -- Stuart Holliday, president of Meridian International Center and a former ambassador to the United nations, talks about the need for the UN to act quickly to diffuse the military push of Libyan forces against rebel fighters. Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi’s warplanes bombed areas around Benghazi, rebels said, bringing the war to the opposition stronghold for the first time as the United Nations Security Council prepares to debate action. Holliday speaks with Erik Schatzker on Bloomberg Television's "InsideTrack." (Source: Bloomberg)
