March 11 (Bloomberg) -- Los Angeles First Deputy Mayor Austin Beutner talks with Bloomberg's Matt Winkler, Christopher Palmeri and Daniel Taub about billionaire Philip Anschutz's proposal to build a professional football stadium in downtown Los Angeles.
