March 11 (Bloomberg) -- Seth Grae, chief executive officer of Lightbridge Corp., talks about damage at Tokyo Electric Power Co.'s nuclear reactor in Fukushima, Japan, after the nation’s strongest earthquake. The utility said it may vent radioactive vapor to reduce pressure at the reactor after coolant pumps lost electric power. Lightbridge is a developer and consultant on atomic fuel.
