March 3 (Bloomberg) -- Lori Wachs, founder of Cross Ledge Investments, discusses same-store sales for U.S. retailers in February, which increased 4.3 percent, beating an overall compilation of analysts' estimates. Same-store sales at Macy's Inc., the second-largest U.S. department store chain, rose 5.8 percent, while revenue increased 6.4 percent at J.C. Penney & Co.
