Feb. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Catherine Mann, a formal Federal Reserve economist who's now a professor at Brandeis University, talks about Federal Reserve policy and its labor and inflation targets. Fed policy makers, in their January minutes, took a more optimistic view of the U.S. economy last month while maintaining their dissatisfaction with job growth as they pressed forward with an expansion of record monetary stimulus. Mann talks with Carol Massar and Matt Miller on Bloomberg Television's "Street Smart." (Source: Bloomberg)
