Feb. 9 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Representative Barney Frank of Massachusetts, the top Democrat on the House Financial Services Committee, talks about the outlook for agreement on an overhaul of government-owned mortgage companies Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Treasury Secretary Timothy F. Geithner will present Congress with three options for reducing the government's role in the nation’s housing finance system and shrinking the footprint of the mortgage companies, according to two people familiar with the plan. Frank talks with Peter Cook on Bloomberg Television's "Street Smart." Bloomberg's Carol Massar also speaks. (Source: Bloomberg)
