Jan. 31 (Bloomberg) -- Amrita Sen, a commodities analyst at Barclays Capital, talks about the impact of protests in Egypt on oil shipments through the Suez Canal. Oil rose a second day in New York, extending the biggest gain in 16 months, amid concern that unrest in Egypt will spread to crude-producing nations in the Middle East.
