Jan. 18 (Bloomberg) -- International Energy Agency Chief Economist Fatih Birol talks about the outlook for oil prices and demand in 2011. Worldwide oil consumption will rise by 1.4 million barrels a day, or 1.6 percent, to 89.1 million barrels a day, the IEA said in its monthly Oil Market Report.
