Jan. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Ted Kaufman, the former Democratic Senator from Delaware who chairs the Congressional Oversight Panel for the Troubled Asset Relief Program, discusses the financial stability of automakers who received bailout funds. General Motors Co., Chrysler Group LLC and Ally Financial Inc., the three largest recipients of TARP money, "all appear to be on the path to financial stability," according to the watchdog's report released today. Kaufman speaks from Washington with Betty Liu on Bloomberg Television's "In the Loop." (Source: Bloomberg)
