Dec. 30 (Bloomberg) -- New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo said he has reached an agreement with Steven Rattner, former founding principal of private equity firm Quadrangle Group LLC, stemming from a probe of corruption in the state pension fund. Rattner will pay $10 million in restitution to the state of New York and be banned from appearing in any capacity before any public pension fund within the state for five years.
