Dec. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Cliff Lee has agreed to re-sign with the Philadelphia Phillies, spurning offers from the New York Yankees and Texas Rangers. Lee, who spent the final two months of the 2009 season in Philadelphia, agreed to a five-year, $100 million contract, a person familiar with the deal told The Associated Press.
