Nov. 30 (Bloomberg) -- Former Department of Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff discusses the release of classified documents by WikiLeaks.org and its potential implications for U.S. foreign policy. WikiLeaks has posted on its website what it says are secret, confidential or in some cases unclassified U.S. embassy cables written from December 1966 to February 2010.
