Nov. 24 (Bloomberg) -- Kenneth Feinberg, administrator of Gulf Coast Claims Facility, discusses payment options for claims related to the BP Plc oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. Victims of the Gulf of Mexico oil spill won’t be able to sue any of the companies involved with the Deepwater Horizon disaster once they accept a final payment from BP’s $20 billion compensation fund.
