Oct. 5 (Bloomberg) -- Jim O’Neill, chairman of Goldman Sachs Asset Management, talks about the Bank of Japan's monetary policy and yen outlook. The Bank of Japan cut the overnight call rate target to a range of 0 percent to 0.1 percent, the lowest level since 2006, from 0.1 percent. O'Neill, speaking with Erik Schatzker and Deirdre Bolton on Bloomberg Television's "InsideTrack," also discusses the prospects for global quantitative easing and currency markets.
