Ropes & Gray's Spears Interview on Southwest, AirTran

Sept. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Mit Spears, partner at the law firm Ropes & Gray and former general counsel at the Federal Trade Commission, talks with Bloomberg's Melissa Long about Southwest Airlines Co.'s agreement to buy AirTran Holdings Inc. for about $1.4 billion in cash and stock.
