Sept. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Ray Neidl, an analyst at Maxim Group LLC, talks about Southwest Airlines Co.'s agreement to buy AirTran Holdings Inc. for about $1.4 billion in cash and stock, giving the largest U.S. low-fare carrier access to Atlanta, the world’s busiest airport.
