Sept. 21 (Bloomberg) -- James Galbraith, a professor at the University of Texas, William Cohan, an author and Bloomberg Television contributor, Barry Knapp, chief U.S. equity strategist at Barclays Capital Inc., Douglas Holtz-Eakin, a member of the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission, and Richard Bove, an analyst at Rochdale Securities, talk about plans by Lawrence Summers to leave his job as director of the president's National Economic Council. The administration announced that Summers will return to Harvard University at the end of the year. Galbraith, Cohan, Knapp, Holtz-Eakin, and Bove talk with Carol Massar, Matt Miller, Adam Johnson and Julie Hyman on Bloomberg Television's "Street Smart."
