Broaddus Says Federal Reserve `Not Out of Ammunition’

Sept. 21 (Bloomberg) -- Al Broaddus, former president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, talks with Bloomberg’s Carol Massar and Matt Miller about central bank monetary policy and the outlook for the U.S. economy. In a statement released today, the Federal Open Market Committee said it’s willing to ease monetary policy further to boost the economy and lower unemployment while refraining today from expanding its holdings of securities.
