Guterman Says Condo Recovery Looks to Bid on Stuy-Town

Sept. 17 (Bloomberg) -- Gerald Guterman of Condo Recovery LLC talks about the company's plan to lead a co-op conversion of New York City's largest rental complex, Stuyvesant Town-Peter Cooper Village.
