Peter Firestein Discusses Mark Hurd's Move to Oracle

Sept. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Peter Firestein, a consultant at Global Strategic Inc. and author of the book "Crisis of Character: Building Corporate Reputation in the Age of Skepticism," talks about former Hewlett-Packard Co. CEO Mark Hurd's move to Oracle Corp. and HP's resulting lawsuit. HP's complaint said that serving as an Oracle president would make it “impossible” for Hurd to avoid using or disclosing HP’s trade secrets and confidential information.
