Sept. 7 (Bloomberg) -- Mark Zandi, chief economist at Moody's Analytics Inc., talks about President Barack Obama's initiatives to boost growth and create jobs, and the outlook for the U.S. economy. The president is proposing to expand tax cuts for businesses and boost federal spending on the nation’s transportation system to help bolster an economy that’s losing jobs heading into the November congressional elections.
