Aug. 24 (Bloomberg) -- Jeffrey Rosen, an economist at Briefing.com, talks with Bloomberg's Melissa Long about the U.S. housing market. Sales of existing homes dropped a record 27 percent in July to a 3.83 million annual pace, the lowest in a decade of record keeping and worse than the most pessimistic forecast of economists surveyed by Bloomberg News, according to figures released today by the National Association of Realtors.
