June 3 (Bloomberg) -- North Korea is returning to the World up after 44 years, and ahead of the June 11 start of the tournament, the soccer team of Kim Jong Il’s regime has snared a 4 million-euro ($4.9 million) jersey contract over four years, according to Pompeii, Italy-based sports apparel maker Legea.
